Green sapphire floating tray frame vessel ring
Stunning natural 5x8mm green sapphire set in 18 ct gold bezel on fine Argentium silver platform and then set onto my signature vessel shaped 1.5mm square wire band. This design was inspired by my paintings that I have had framed so that they have a frame within a frame. This allows there to be white space between the piece of art and the wall which I believe helps the piece of art stand out against any background. I wanted to do the same for the stone, give it a background of silver to stand out against any colour skin!
The ring photographed is an example — each ring is completely handmade, and so contains subtle natural variations making every piece unique.
